








| 1. | Plants not installed by Tanner Tracking are not warrantied. Plants installed by Tanner Tracking are warrantied for (3) months from original planting date. The warranty is good for exact plant replacement one time only. |
| 2. | Warranty does not cover negligent care, weather related damages or pest/disease damage. (i.e. wind, freeze, hail, excessive rain, etc). |
| 3. | ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT TIME OF PURCHASE |
| 4. | Quoted delivery times are courtesy estimates only. Delivery times are never guaranteed. |
| 5. | Returned (NSF) checks subject to $25.00 fee |
| 6. | Tanner Tracking employees do not perform any work not listed on the invoice. |
| 7. | Gift Certificates are not replaceable or refundable if lost. |
| 8. | Cancelled orders including holds,layaways,and deposits subject to a 15% cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. |
| 9. | There is a $60 delivery charge added to every order within a 30 mile radius of our Mt. Pleasant, MI location. Travel outside the 30-mile radius is subject to an additional charge of $1.00 per mile (one way only) |
| 10. | Store credits are good for no more than 12 months. |
| 11. | All approved refunds are for store credit only. |
| 12. | Tractor fees are extra if needed to complete the job payable by customer within 15 days of job. |
| 13. | A $60 travel fee for any return trips by Tanner Tracking employees who can't perform work as scheduled: a) because of no access to planting and/or delivery drop off areas during delivery time b) due to animals not being restrained that may put employees of Tanner Tracking at risk c) because of insuficiant space for all plants to be placed |
| 14. | Tanner Tracking is not responsible for any damage caused by: a) normal digging or planting of any vegetation on customers property b) encountering pipes, irrigation, or other utilities while digging or planting c) damage to plants by animals - domestic or wild |
