This is a lawn disease called      Red thread you can treat it with chemicals but try this first alter your watering habits from morning  to night or vise versa then apply some fertilizer and give it a fresh mowing if the problem still           persist then visit your local hardware store and see if they got a spray or granule to apply to your    lawn.
